Our client is an international company that generates leads for car-related service providers, earning commissions per lead. They also offer their platform as a B2B SaaS product, allowing businesses in the automotive sector to streamline operations and integrate the solution with their own branding.

In a competitive market where automotive services are in high demand, our client needed a platform that could efficiently aggregate car offers from multiple sources across different regions. 



The goal was to simplify the process for businesses providing services like car shipment, inspection, and more. The client required a solution that would not only generate high-quality leads and enable commission-based transactions but also be offered as a customizable SaaS platform for B2B companies, allowing them to integrate it with their own branding.

Challenges & Solutions

Scale out and cover new sources quickly, with the goal of moving from integration to production within a week.
To overcome this challenge, we developed an image classification solution using a computer vision approach. By analyzing car images, the system identifies key car characteristics, making it much easier to integrate new sources and significantly speeding up the data mapping process.
Handle 1 million scraping requests per day while overcoming obstacles such as IP-blocking, CAPTCHAs, and fingerprinting. The client required a custom solution to bypass these challenges at scale without relying on third-party tools.
We built a custom scraping framework using a diverse range of proxies, including cloud computing IP addresses, residential, and mobile proxies. This ensured high-volume scraping without interruptions. Additionally, we integrated a monitoring system to manage request health, optimizing efficiency and performance.
Provide accurate fee, shipment delivery, and customs duties calculations for purchasing cars across countries by integrating with B2B car service providers. The goal was to allow users to choose from various service providers, compare costs, and get a full price breakdown to complete the purchase in 'one click.'
We integrated with multiple B2B car service providers, enabling users to select the service company of their choice for shipment, inspection, and other services. The platform automatically calculates all related fees, including customs duties, giving users a comprehensive cost breakdown and the ability to purchase the car seamlessly in 'one click.'
Provide detailed analytics and insights to assist users in making informed decisions about car purchases. The goal was to develop a recommendation engine that identifies profitable cars across various countries, considering how quickly each vehicle can be sold based on market data and trends.
We developed an advanced analytics engine that evaluates car profitability across different countries. This recommendation engine considers factors such as market demand, resale speed, and pricing trends to help users make data-driven decisions and maximize their investment potential.
